A new course not to be missed! Enjoy an intense, unforgettable and formative experience.
The course is a complete package and we recommend that you take all the classes. ???? The intensity will be adapted to your strengths. The teaching is coordinated by Eric and co-dispensed between the different teachers announced. At times groups will be formed by level and will train in parallel outside and in the dojo.
No previous knowledge of Hojo or Japanese Yoga – Genkikai is required, but if you have it, all the better.
The Workshops will take place in the Dojo, so take some material with you to take notes, and dress in relaxed clothing.
The main aim is to pass on knowledge and the flame for M°Ikeda’s Aikido and its construction.
